Hollin has spent the last 10 years selling real estate with Coldwell Banker as a dual career agent. She has also been a nurse for 36 years, working part time at UCMC. There are many things Hollin utilizes in both her nursing career and her real estate career. As a nurse, she is right beside her patients at emotional times in their lives, supporting them and showing care; she ensures she does the same with her buyers and sellers. She is also diligent with paperwork and charting - another aspect that translates over seamlessly to creating and managing contracts for her clients.

Hollin enjoys teaching buyers and sellers about real estate! There are so many different things to learn, and educating people on the process is one of her favorite parts of the industry. She loves to work with first-time home buyers and individuals who are starting their journey into real estate. Seeing clients excited about their new home, or excited to get that amazing offer is her “why .”

Hollin loves the beach and spending time with her large family. She has 4 adult children & 5 granddaughters. She also has 2 dogs, a golden doodle named Daisy and a poodle named Lu! They keep her active in the outdoors with daily walks and hikes. Hollin is happiest tending to her vegetable garden or cooking for friends and family.

Hollin has recently expanded her service area to include Ocean City, MD & Berlin and is looking to continue growing her market in the coming years. Hollin is excited to join the Stellar Home Group as she is looking to transition into real estate full time. Team Leader Marianne was her first manager and mentor, as well as a great motivator. Hollin believes that with her guidance, she can continue to grow her business by being a part of the successful and supportive team.
